Vispārīgi noteikumi LUMIDERMA klientiem

Lai nodrošinātu kvalitatīvu apkalpošanu un cieņpilnu attieksmi pret visiem klientiem, LUMIEDERMA klientiem ir spēkā šie noteikumi:

1. Ierašanās uz procedūru

  • Lūdzam ierasties laicīgi, ne vēlāk kā 5 minūtes pirms procedūras sākuma, ņemot vērā, ka kavēšanās ietekmē procedūras norisi.

  • Kavēšanās gadījumā procedūras ilgums var tikt saīsināts, saglabājot pilnu pakalpojuma maksu, jo nākamajiem klientiem paredzētais laiks netiek pārcelts.

2. Vizītes atcelšana vai pārcelšana

  • Ja nevarat ierasties uz procedūru, obligāti jāinformē vismaz 24 stundas iepriekš.

  • Vizītes atcelšana vai pārcelšana vēlāk nekā 24 stundas pirms pieraksta laika var tikt uzskatīta par neattaisnotu.

3. Neierašanās uz procedūru

  • Neierašanās bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma vai atcelšana mazāk nekā 24 stundas pirms vizītes gadījumā var tikt piemērota pilna maksa par pakalpojumu. 

4. Maksājumi

  • Samaksa par pakalpojumiem tiek veikta pēc procedūras vai iegādājoties procedūru kursa abonementu, ja nav noteikts citādi.

  • Atsevišķiem pakalpojumiem var tikt piemērots depozīta maksājums, kas neattaisnotas neierašanās gadījumā netiek atgriezts.

5. Veselības stāvoklis

  • Klientam pirms procedūras, aizpildot klienta anketu, ir pienākums informēt speciālistu par veselības stāvokli, alerģijām, grūtniecību vai lietotajiem medikamentiem, kas var ietekmēt procedūras drošību. Ja klients klienta anketā nav norādījis pilnīgu informāciju par veselības stāvokli, LUMIDERMA neuzņemas nekādu atbildību par klienta veselībai nodarītajām sekām.

6. LUMIDERMA tiesības

  • LUMIDERMA patur tiesības atteikt vai pārtraukt procedūru, ja tiek konstatēti veselības riski vai noteikumu neievērošana.

  • Atkārtotu neierašanās gadījumu dēļ LUMIDERMA ir tiesības atteikt turpmāku pierakstu.

1. General provisions

- All reservation requests must be made via our website, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. If the reservation is not cancelled in time, a refund may apply.

4. Payments
- You can pay for services with cash, bank card or other specified payment methods.
- All payments must be made after the service is provided, unless otherwise specified.

5. User responsibilities
Users undertake to:
- Comply with the rules and provide accurate information when registering or booking services;
- Do not cause damage to the operation of the website or use it inappropriately.

6. Limitation of liability
- Lumiderma does not assume liability for any losses incurred as a result of using the website or during the use of the services, except as provided for by law.
- We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions or errors.

7. Data protection
Our approach to the processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to this policy.

8. Changes to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
